Our eco-friendly benches are made up of recycled plastic, including carrier bags which would otherwise be clogging up landfill sites. Recycled plastic is the perfect material for outdoor seating, since it is unaffected by extreme weathers, unlike wood which can rot, splinter and stain in the elements. It is easy to clean, needing only a quick wipe with a cloth to maintain its appearance and is resistant to fluids, including paint. Plastic is also far more durable and long-lasting than wood, and can be recycled at the end of its long lifespan.
